Local AI chat memory
A searchable library that never leaves your browser
Save conversations from supported AI sites into ModelAny’s memory library. Entries stay in extension storage on your device. Full-text search covers Chinese and English; you can add tags and notes, then insert a memory back into any supported model as context.
Use it when good answers are scattered across ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek and others—and you want one place to find them later without pasting into a cloud doc by default.
Save a chat
- Open the conversation on a supported AI site
- Use the ModelAny edge tab → Save to memory (or save from the comparison view after a multi-AI send)
- Optional: add tags or a short note so you can filter later
Search and reuse
Open the Memory page from the popup. Search by keyword, filter by tag, open an entry, then bring it into the model you are about to use. You can delete individual entries or clear the library from that page; uninstalling the extension removes the data with it.
Local by design
Memory is not synced to a ModelAny cloud. Device backups or sync products you configure yourself (for example browser profile sync) are outside ModelAny’s control—turn those off for the extension if you need a strict local-only setup.
Get the extension
Install from the official store for your browser. Drafts, settings, history and memory stay on your device; prompts go only to the AI sites you select.

Frequently asked questions
Is memory uploaded for “AI sync”?
No. ModelAny does not operate a sync server for memory. Data stays in local extension storage unless you export it yourself.
Can I back up the library?
Use export options available in the product (such as Markdown / JSON style backups where offered), or export important threads as files before clearing data.
Does search work for Chinese?
Yes. Full-text search is intended for both Chinese and English content in saved entries.
