AI exporter: one tool for every chat site you use
One exporter for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and every other site
Most exporters are built for a single provider. That works until your work spreads across several: the code review is in ChatGPT, the draft is in Claude, the research pass is in Gemini, and the file you need is in whichever one you happened to be using.
ModelAny puts the same right-edge export toolbar on every site it supports. One workflow, one set of steps, one place to look—whichever AI you were just talking to.
Which sites the export toolbar covers
The toolbar appears on every AI site in the launcher: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Kimi, Doubao, Qwen, GLM, Tencent Yuanbao and Wenxiaoyan. The steps do not change between them.
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok — international workflows
- DeepSeek, Kimi, Doubao, Qwen, GLM, Tencent Yuanbao, Wenxiaoyan — Chinese-language workflows
- The same four outputs everywhere: PDF, Word (.docx), Markdown, and Copy as Markdown
Pick the format for where the file is going
- PDF — finished, shareable, printable; the format to attach to an email or drop in a records folder
- Word (.docx) — when someone else will edit it, comment on it, or fold it into a report
- Markdown — for Notion, Obsidian, Git repositories and any plain-text pipeline
- Copy as Markdown — when the destination is an editor or a chat box and you do not want a file at all
How the export works
Open the conversation on any supported site, click the ModelAny tab on the right edge of the page and choose a format. The file is generated in your browser from the page you are viewing and saved to your downloads folder.
Nothing is uploaded. ModelAny has no server that receives conversation content—the export is a local rendering of the page in front of you.
How this differs from provider data exports
Every major provider offers a bulk account export: OpenAI’s Export data, Google Takeout, Anthropic’s data export. Those are the right tool for archiving everything you have ever written, and the wrong tool for saving the conversation you just finished—they are slow, they arrive as raw data, and they do not produce a formatted document.
Use a provider export for the archive. Use an on-page exporter for the file you need in the next five minutes.
Limits worth knowing
An on-page exporter reads what the page exposes: text, headings, lists and code blocks carry over, while images and uploaded attachments may be omitted or replaced with a placeholder. Scroll to the top of a long thread before exporting so every turn has rendered. And a conversation you have already deleted from your account cannot be recovered from the page.

Frequently asked questions
Does one exporter really work on ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini?
Yes—ModelAny places the same right-edge toolbar on every supported AI site, so the export steps are identical across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Kimi and the rest of the launcher.
Which formats can I export to?
PDF, Word (.docx) and Markdown as files, plus Copy as Markdown to the clipboard. All are generated in your browser.
Is anything uploaded when I export?
No. The file is rendered from the page in your browser and saved locally. ModelAny has no server that receives conversation content.
Is this the same as Google Takeout or OpenAI’s data export?
No. Provider data exports archive your entire history in bulk as raw data. An on-page exporter produces a formatted file for the conversation you are looking at right now. They solve different problems.
